For us, Elisa and Mike, food has always been more than what’s on the plate. It’s about people, stories, laughter, and the warmth of being together. That’s what we wanted to bring to Torrevieja — a living room for everyone who loves good food, good wine, and genuine hospitality.

Our kitchen is where tradition meets curiosity.
Every day, Elisa and the team work with the season’s best ingredients — fresh fish from the coast, sun-ripened vegetables from local markets, hand-picked herbs, and selected meats from trusted producers.
We believe in balance. In bold flavors and soft textures. In the beauty of contrasts — sweet against salt, crispy against creamy, the warmth of the grill meeting the freshness of citrus.
Our dishes are inspired by Swedish and French classics, reimagined through the colors and rhythm of Spain. Everything is cooked from scratch, often slowly, always with heart.
